Hands down, the best Software to run my Gun shop. I have easy access to my POS, inventory, pricing, ordering, payroll, etc... I have used other Dealer Systems in the past and they were difficult and you had to have multiple other systems logged in to do your simple tasks. With Trident1, my staff has to only use one system to do everything from ordering a firearm, transferring, gunsmithing, range, starting a background check, to final sale. I wouldn't use anything else.

We’ve had 3 point of sale software systems in the last 8 years and this is the best by far. It supports all facets of our business from firearm and accessory sales to memberships and range check-in/check-out with Smart Waiver. Currently, we have 26 shooting lanes and a 35,000 square foot facility with 14 point of sale computers. The cloud based functionality is especially nice when accessing info offsite. The T1 team has been great to work with.
