I've used 2 other POS systems and Trident1 has been head and shoulders above the others. Much more intuitive and easier to use. The Trident1 crew was top notch and very professional, and their attention to detail in the data migration was phenomenal. Each training meeting had several experts in attendance, able to answer any question or solve any problem. The team makes sure you are comfortable and ready to use the program before going live. Customer service is of paramount importance to me and every time I've needed help it has been Johnny pronto! Knowing somebody has my back should I have a problem means everything. The other POS systems I've used say they have customer service but when the need is there they are absent. Wished I'd been with Trident 1 to begin with.
